Covington Advises Veritas Capital and Epiq Solutions on Acquisition of G3 Technologies CyberRadio Solutions

WASHINGTON– Covington advised Veritas Capital and its portfolio company Epiq Solutions on Epiq’s acquisition of CyberRadio Solutions, a business unit of G3 Technologies providing high-performance radio frequency products including tuners, downconverters, and signal generators that support defense and intelligence applications. The acquisition follows Covington’s representation of Veritas Capital in 2022 when it invested in Epiq.

Veritas Capital is a longstanding technology investor with a focus on companies operating at the intersection of technology and government. The firm invests in companies that provide technology and technology-enabled solutions to government and commercial customers worldwide.

Epiq Solutions provides small form factor, SWaP-C (size, weight, power, and cost) optimized software-defined radio and turnkey radio frequency solutions for military and commercial embedded computing applications. The company offers a portfolio of commercial-off-the-shelf hardware and software solutions that leverage open-architecture standards, allowing government and enterprise customers to rapidly insert technology and accelerate modernization efforts.

Scott Freling led the Covington team advising Veritas Capital and Epiq on government contracts and other regulatory matters.
