NEW YORK—Covington’s representation of Aduro Advisors in securing a strategic growth investment from Vitruvian Partners received an honorable mention by Mergers & Acquisitions Magazine in its list of “2025’s Mid-Market Deals of the Year,” part of its 18th Annual Mid-Market M&A Awards. Deals named are “notable for their innovation and obstacles they successfully navigated.”
Covington advised Aduro Advisors, a fund administrator to venture capital and private equity firms, and its previous ownership group in securing a strategic growth investment from Vitruvian Partners, a global growth-focused investment firm. Aduro’s leadership team and existing shareholder PPC Enterprises would retain a significant investment in Aduro going forward.
