Dimitra K. Rallis

Dimitra K. Rallis is an associate in the firm's New York office and a member of the Technology and IP Transactions Practice Group.

Dimitra focuses on a variety of commercial transactions involving technology, intellectual property, and data. She advises clients on issues relating to IP and data licensing, artificial intelligence, software development, data commercialization, and information technology services. She represents clients in a wide array of industries, including health technology, financial services, travel and hospitality, gaming, music, art and entertainment.

In addition to her technology practice, Dimitra has experience advising private investment funds and institutional investors in formation, investment and transactional matters. She has also represented buyers and sellers of private fund interests in the secondary market.
