- Healthcare: Krysten Rosen Moller represents clients in complex government and internal investigations, and False Claims Act litigation, with a particular focus on clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries. She represents pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies in investigations and FCA litigation matters, involving fraud and abuse, advertising and promotion, manufacturing, pricing, and other regulatory and compliance issues.
