NEW YORK—Law360 named eight Covington lawyers—Krysten Rosen Moller, Nicholas Evoy, Brian Harris, Bre Jones, Paris Aboro, Ingrid Price, Mike Hill, and David Simon—to its 2026 Rising Stars list. The list recognizes top attorneys under 40 whose legal accomplishments demonstrate exceptional impact in their respective practice areas.
Covington took the top spot among more than 90 law firms with eight Rising Stars this year. Law360 selected more than 160 attorneys across 35 practice areas after reviewing more than 1,100 submissions, with winners chosen based on their career accomplishments in their respective disciplines.
The Covington recipients, along with the categories under which they were recognized, are:
- Healthcare: Krysten Rosen Moller represents clients in complex government and internal investigations, and False Claims Act litigation, with a particular focus on clients in the life sciences and healthcare industries. She represents pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies in investigations and FCA litigation matters, involving fraud and abuse, advertising and promotion, manufacturing, pricing, and other regulatory and compliance issues. Krysten also counsels clients on compliance matters, including operating under Corporate Integrity Agreements and conducting False Claims Act risk assessments.
- Intellectual Property: Nicholas Evoy represents innovative companies in high-stakes intellectual property disputes, trials, and appeals, focusing on business-critical litigation before U.S. district courts, the International Trade Commission, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, as well as appeals to the Federal Circuit and the Supreme Court. As a registered patent attorney and former patent examiner, he also assists clients with IP counseling, technology transactions, and mergers and acquisitions in IP-critical contexts.
- Tax: Brian Harris’ practice focuses broadly on transactional tax matters including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings across industries and geographies for private and public companies. He also advises companies on initial public offerings, debt and equity issuances, cross-border financings, co-investments, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Insurance: Bre Jones represents a wide range of companies in holding insurers accountable for paying claims, handling high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and mediation across a variety of industries. A skilled trial lawyer valued for her stand-up advocacy, she counsels policyholders on CGL, D&O, E&O, product recall, and other insurance coverage matters.
- International Arbitration: Paris Aboro advises clients across a range of industries in complex international disputes, including both investor-state and commercial arbitrations, and related litigation. She also represents States before international courts and tribunals, and is part of the team representing Ukraine in its landmark case before the International Court of Justice adverse to the Russian Federation, Allegations of Genocide under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Ukraine v. Russian Federation).
International Trade: Ingrid Price advises clients on a range of national security matters, including cross-border investment, supply chain security, and public policy. She regularly represents clients seeking approval for foreign investments before the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) and advises on mitigation matters involving foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI). Ingrid also counsels clients on emerging national security regulations, including issues related to information and communications technology, data protection, and technology transactions.
- Media & Entertainment: Mike Hill advises sports leagues, conferences, and teams, as well as media and technology companies, in connection with a broad array of commercial and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with complex television and video licensing and distribution agreements across broadcast, cable, and streaming, with a particular focus on sports media rights agreements.
