Our clients increasingly apply agile product and business development methodologies when they are developing digital health solutions. "Ideation" is part of that process and involves the rapid identification and creation of ideas for digital health solutions, which are then prototyped and tested.
Based on our experience and from collaborations with corporate counsel working at clients, we have developed a list of 10 questions that lawyers can raise as part of a team working on ideation or hackathons for new digital health solutions. The list can be downloaded here.
