  • Covington Represents Five Star Bancorp in $131M Follow-On Offering

WASHINGTON—Covington advised Five Star Bancorp in its $131 million follow-on offering of common stock, which included the full exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares.

Five Star Bancorp intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes and to support its continued growth, including through investments in the Bank to pursue growth opportunities, and for working capital.

Five Star Bancorp is a bank holding company headquartered in Rancho Cordova, California. Five Star operates through its wholly owned banking subsidiary, Five Star Bank. Five Star Bank has ten branches in California, following the opening of a branch in Lodi in July 2026.
