WASHINGTON— Covington advised Advent International, one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors, on its $6.4 billion acquisition of Maxar Technologies, a provider of comprehensive space solutions and secure, precise, geospatial intelligence.

Covington advised Advent International on various regulatory and government contracts aspects of the acquisition.
