Covington's Election and Political Law practice recently hosted our 2022 Corporate Political Activity and Government Affairs Compliance Seminar, which we hold every federal election year. This seminar provides a solid grounding in the key compliance issues related to corporate political activity for those who are new to political law, as well as to offer advanced content for experienced in-house lawyers responsible for ensuring compliance with the complex array of laws regulating lobbying and campaign finance activity.
