A Covington litigation team was named Litigator of the Week runners-up in AmLaw Litigation Daily for successfully defending three patents covering the formulation of AstraZeneca’s asthma inhaler treatment Symbicort against a challenge by Mylan Pharmaceuticals.

The Covington team was led by Gary Rubman, Einar Stole, and Megan Keane and included Douglas Behrens and Matthew Kudzin.
