Robyn is co-chair of Covington’s Entertainment and Media Industry Group and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She has more than 25 years of experience advising leading studios, television networks, streaming services, and other content owners on video programming licensing and distribution across traditional and digital platforms. Her practice includes high-profile content licensing and distribution transactions, sports media rights, subscription marketing, artificial intelligence, and strategies for monetizing content, data, and advertising. She also advises on distribution-related due diligence, risk assessments, and the integration of studios, networks, and streaming services following corporate transactions.
