WASHINGTON–International Financial Law Review has named Covington the CFIUS Team of the Year for the third consecutive year at its IFLR Americas Awards 2024. IFLR’s Americas Awards focus on innovation in cross-border transactions, with a spotlight on deals that break new legal ground, set precedent, and bring clarity to, or develop, the legal environment for cross-border corporate finance.
