Seth Tucker Admitted to American College of Coverage Counsel

WASHINGTON—Seth Tucker has been admitted as a Fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel, the preeminent association of attorneys who represent the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.
The ACCC, established in 2012, is an invitation-only organization of senior lawyers who have devoted most of their practice to insurance disputes for 15 years or more. The ACCC’s Fellows include many of the most prominent members of the insurance-law bars of the United States and Canada, as well as Honorary Fellows from academia and the judiciary.
A partner in Covington’s Washington office, Seth represents a diverse client base, including domestic and foreign corporations, religious institutions, educational institutions, non-profits, and individuals, and has litigated or advised clients concerning a wide array of insurance products, including general liability policies, umbrella and excess policies, directors and officers policies, cyber policies, errors and omissions policies, pollution policies, first-party property/business interruption policies, and employee fidelity policies, among others.
Seth joins Covington lawyers John Buchanan, Suzan Charlton, Wendy Feng, Marialuisa Gallozzi, David Goodwin, and Christine Haskett as Fellows of the ACCC.
