NEW YORK—Covington represented the underwriters in Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc.'s $30 million public offering.

MindMed issued and sold 7,058,823 common shares and warrants to purchase 7,058,823 common shares in the public offering.

The Securities and Capital Markets team included Brian K. Rosenzweig, Alicia Zhang, Jenna Fontenot, and Janna Yu.
