Alicia Zhang is a partner in the firm’s corporate practice and advises companies and financial institutions on securities offerings, public company transactions, and strategic mergers and acquisitions.
Alicia helps issuers and underwriters execute capital raising transactions, including initial public offerings, follow on equity offerings, debt offerings, and private placements. Her capital markets practice also includes counseling domestic and foreign public companies on Securities Act and Exchange Act reporting, corporate governance, disclosure matters, and other securities law issues. In addition, she has advised on derivatives and equity linked product transactions, including hedging arrangements entered into in connection with capital markets offerings.
In her M&A practice, Alicia advises buyers, sellers, and financial advisors in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on public company mergers and tender offers. She advises on transaction structure, disclosure, regulatory compliance, and execution risk across a range of industries.
Alicia is recognized for a practical, market informed perspective and for providing actionable guidance to management teams, boards of directors, issuers, underwriters, and other participants in capital markets and M&A transactions.
