Variety Recognizes Mike Hill and Adrian Perry in its Dealmakers Impact Report

NEW YORK—Variety has named Mike Hill and Adrian Perry to its 2021 Dealmakers Impact Report, recognizing the top dealmakers in the entertainment business.
Mike is a special counsel in Covington’s New York office and advises media and technology companies and sports leagues, conferences. and teams in connection with a broad array of commercial and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with complex television and video licensing and distribution agreements, including retransmission consent, cable/satellite and internet/mobile distribution agreements, as well as sports media rights agreements. Variety noted his role “representing the NFL in media distribution agreements with Amazon, CBS, ESPN/ABC, Fox and NBC.”
Adrian is a partner in Covington’s New York office and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Music Industry practice group.
