Covington Represents Mascoma Bank in Uniting with Androscoggin Bank Under ClearNorth Financial Mutual Holding Company

BOSTON—Covington advised Mascoma Mutual Financial Services Corporation in its merger with Androscoggin Bancorp, MHC, creating ClearNorth Financial Mutual Holding Company. ClearNorth Financial is the parent mutual holding company of Mascoma Bank and Androscoggin Bank.
