Covington Advises Guidehouse and Veritas Capital in Dovel Technologies Acquisition

WASHINGTON—Covington is advising Guidehouse, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, on the regulatory aspects of its acquisition of Dovel Technologies.
The deal expands Guidehouse's service offerings in the health, national security, energy, sustainability, and infrastructure sectors with Dovel’s domain expertise in health, human services, and public safety. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
Veritas is a longstanding technology investor with a focus on companies operating at the intersection of technology and government. Guidehouse is a leading global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial markets, with broad capabilities in management, technology, and risk consulting. Dovel blends domain expertise with advanced technologies to support government agency missions in health IT, life sciences, public safety, and grants management.
Covington is advising Guidehouse and Veritas Capital on government contracts and other regulatory aspects of the transaction.
