• Shara Aranoff, International Trade. Ms. Aranoff helps clients in technology, life sciences, and manufacturing use intellectual property and international trade enforcement tools to compete in U.S. and global markets. Prior to joining the firm, she was a Commissioner and Chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission, where she was a decision-maker in hundreds of Section 337, antidumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard investigations. • David Fagan, International Trade. • Nancy Kestenbaum, White Collar. Ms. Kestenbaum, co-chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Group, handles clients’ most important and sensitive government and internal investigations and litigations. With 25 years of experience as a defense attorney and former federal prosecutor, she has represented clients ranging from the largest multi-national companies to individuals in high-stakes criminal and civil enforcement investigations by the United States Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal, state and local criminal and civil regulatory agencies.
