NEW YORK—Covington represented SK Holdings Co., Ltd. in its acquisition of a significant minority interest in Eureka Midstream Holdings, LLC, a midstream energy company that owns and operates approximately 340 miles of gas gathering pipelines in Ohio and West Virginia. The transaction closed in early October 2017.

SK Group is a top three conglomerate in South Korea, with assets of $150 billion and deep expertise in the energy sector globally.

The Covington corporate team consisted of Stephen Infante, Kyle Rabe, William Park, Sam Pyun and Julie Plyler.
