WASHINGTON—Covington advised Graham Media Group in its definitive agreement to purchase WCWJ, the CW affiliate serving Jacksonville, FL and WSLS-TV, the NBC affiliate serving Roanoke and Lynchburg, VA, from Nexstar Broadcasting Group and Media General.

The Covington team included corporate partners Paul Rogers and Michael Cutler, with associate Adina Lord.  Advice was also provided by partner Jennifer Johnson, with associates Michael Beder and Ani Gevorkian (communications), associate Jenna Wallace (employee benefits), partner James O’Connell (antitrust), and partner Robert Heller (tax).
