A Covington team led by Ali Mojibi and Robert Gianchetti received a Litigator of the Week shout-out in AmLaw Litigation Daily for securing a temporary restraining order for blockchain gaming technology company Ready Makers Inc. after filing for emergency review on New Year’s Eve. Delaware Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti Jr. ordered Ready Maker (Gibraltar) Limited, a company that operates as PLAY Network under the direction of Ready Makers' former chief operating office, to restore Ready Makers’ access to infrastructure, including its GitHub account, Amazon Web Services account, and web domains.
