In February 2019, the U.S. Department of Justice (“DOJ”) announced a settlement with Honda Aircraft Company LLC regarding claims that Honda Aircraft violated the Immigration and Nationality Act (“INA”) by discriminating against non-U.S. citizens in an attempt to comply with requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
