Nuclear power provides about 20 percent of U.S. electrical supply and offers a significant means of limiting the increase in greenhouse gas concentrations. Our team, which includes the former Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Dr. Richard Meserve, provides counseling and advisory services in connection with nuclear energy matters arising at the federal and state level including NRC procedures, NRC practice and licensing, legislative strategy, regulatory compliance, decommissioning, and DOE loan guarantee, among others.
