NEW YORK—Covington represented The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in a refinancing of its $2.75 billion U.S. first lien revolving credit facility. Goodyear’s amended and restated first lien revolving credit facility is available in the form of loans or letters of credit.

As one of the world's largest tire companies, Goodyear manufactures its products in 53 facilities across 20 countries.
