Helen Hwang and Ashley Simonsen Named Women of Influence by Los Angeles Business Journal

LOS ANGELES— The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Helen Hwang and Ashley Simonsen to its 2024 Women of Influence: Attorneys list, a recognition honoring Los Angeles’ most influential women attorneys.

Helen is a partner in Covington’s Los Angeles office and co-leads the firm’s Asia Compliance and Investigations practice. She counsels clients through complex and sensitive internal investigations and investigations by government enforcement authorities, such as the DOJ and SEC. Helen also advises clients across a range of industries on the compliance risks of proposed transactions and how to build and improve their compliance programs.
