WASHINGTON—Covington advised Mars, Incorporated on U.S. food regulatory due diligence matters, in its agreement to acquire Kevin’s Natural Foods, a high-growth, nutritious meal company, which will operate as a standalone business within Mars' Food & Nutrition segment.
