NEW YORK—Covington advised the underwriters in Immatics N.V.'s $110 million underwritten offering of ordinary shares. Immatics issued and sold 10,905,000 ordinary shares to a group of new and existing investors at a public offering price of $10.09 per share.

The Covington team included Brian K.
