Covington Represents Underwriters in MiNK Therapeutics IPO

NEW YORK—Covington advised the underwriters in the initial public offering of MiNK Therapeutics, Inc. The offering generated gross proceeds of $40 million. MiNK Therapeutics is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "INKT."

MiNK Therapeutics is a clinical stage biotechnology company pioneering the discovery, development, and commercialization of allogeneic, off-the-shelf, invariant natural killer T (iNKT) cell therapies to treat cancer and other immune-mediated diseases.
