Erica Wu

Erica Wu is a member of the firm’s global life sciences transactions team. She advises a broad range of clients, including start-ups, venture capital investors, biotech companies, and global pharmaceutical companies across the life sciences and technology industries. Erica specializes in strategic collaborations, licensing arrangements, and intellectual property and commercial matters for companies and products throughout their life cycle.

Erica has represented clients in a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and capital markets transactions. She also has experience advising clients on corporate governance issues, securities disclosure, and general commercial matters.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Erica worked as a public health researcher and as a market research analyst focusing on the in vitro diagnostics industry.
