Volodymyr Shkilevych is an international dispute resolution lawyer in the firm’s international arbitration and litigation practice groups. Mr. Shkilevych represents both states and corporate clients in complex international disputes, drawing upon his expertise in public international law, investment, and trade matters. In addition to his dispute work, Mr. Shkilevych advises clients on a range of compliance issues arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and other anti-bribery regimes.
