    Austin Plier is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office and a member of the White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Group. He has significant experience representing clients in complex investigations by Congress and government agencies including the Department of Justice, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Treasury, and U.S. Attorney and state attorneys general offices across the country.

    Austin maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented multiple pro bono clients navigating U.S. immigration laws, and contributed to a team of Covington lawyers who secured a settlement with the U.S. government on behalf of families separated at the Southern border in 2017 and 2018.
