Todd Mortensen represents companies and financial advisors in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and reorganization, and financing transactions. He has advised boards of directors, special committees, investment banks and investment funds on sell-side, buy-side, public and private company transactions in a wide range of industries. His practice focuses on advising clients with respect to valuation-related matters in corporate transactions. 

Over the course of his career at Covington and in prior advisory roles, Mr. Mortensen has advised clients on over 45 corporate transactions, with an aggregate deal value of more than $150 billion.
