  • Advised BenevolentAI, a global leader in the development and application of AI for scientific innovation, on its acquisition of Proximagen Limited, a UK-based drug discovery and development company.
  • Advised Merck & Co., Inc. on an ongoing basis on global post-merger integrations and corporate restructurings. 
  • Advised the underwriters on certain UK corporate aspects of the NASDAQ IPO of Nightstar Therapeutics plc, a clinical stage gene therapy company.
  • Advised a gaming technology company on certain UK corporate and English law security aspects of an acquisition financing.
  • Advised a global biopharmaceutical company on an agreement to divest its residual rights to its portfolio of anesthetics products.
  • Advised a global biopharmaceutical company on a commercialisation agreement for the rights to its global portfolio of anesthetics products outside the U.S.
