Charles Dobb represents a broad range of clients in securities offerings and ongoing reporting and governance matters. In his securities practice, he represents issuers and underwriters/initial purchasers/placement agents in registered and registration-exempt offerings of both equity and debt products as well as in liability management transactions. In his reporting practice, he advises public-company clients on SEC periodic reports, proxy statements and beneficial ownership reports as well as a broad range of governance matters, including board composition and management, exchange compliance and ESG issues.
