    • Represented private equity fund AE Industrial Partners in the acquisition of a controlling interest of Firefly Aerospace, Inc., a private aerospace firm based in Texas that develops launch vehicles for commercial launches to orbit.
    • Represented a global media company on the sale of assets in Mexico as a result of a regulatory order in connection with a global merger.
    • Represented an international technology company in connection with the acquisition of a controlling interest in a Latin American game developer.
    • Represented General Electric in the establishment of joint ventures in Brazil and the United States for the manufacture and commercialization of power transformers.
    • Advised Merck on the $9 billion spin-off of Organon & Co., its business unit focused on women’s health, which has listed on the NYSE.
    • Advised Salesforce Ventures on its Series A investment in Crehana Education.
    • Represented Prisma Medios de Pago, Argentina’s leading payments company, on its sale of a controlling stake to Advent International, in a transaction that values the company at $1.42 billion. The transaction was included in The American Lawyer’s “Dealmakers of the Year” 2020.
