LONDON—Vision International Investment Company (Vision Invest) and Africa Finance Corporation (AFC) signed a Shareholder Subscription Agreement with WIOCC Group, Africa's leading carrier-neutral digital infrastructure platform, securing a combined US $300 million investment in the company. Covington advised Vision Invest on the transaction.
