    Lennard Ong specialises in domestic and cross-border private equity and M&A transactions. Lennard advises private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and corporate clients on a wide range of matters, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, management incentive arrangements, refinancings, joint ventures, restructurings, growth equity investments, and other corporate transactional matters.

    Lennard specialises in a variety of industries, including energy, transportation, infrastructure, electronic payments and healthcare.

    Prior to joining the firm, Lennard was seconded to an infrastructure private equity fund, gaining valuable in-house experience.

    Lennard serves on Covington’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a member of the NOTICED steering committee.
