Covington Leads All Firms with Ten Finalists and Honorees for The National Law Journal’s 2026 D.C. Legal Awards

WASHINGTON—The National Law Journal has named Covington and its lawyers as finalists or honorees across 10 categories in its 2026 D.C. Legal Awards, the most of any law firm recognized this year.

Covington partner Kayleigh Scalzo was named a Rising Star in Government Contracts, and partner Devin DeBacker was named a Rising Star in National Security. Winners in additional categories will be announced at the D.C. Legal Awards ceremony in October 2026.
