A partner in Covington’s Los Angeles office, Joe is a seasoned bankruptcy attorney and creditor rights litigator with a diverse practice representing distressed companies, secured and unsecured creditors and insolvency fiduciaries, and pursuing asset recovery, judgment enforcement, and litigation in the insolvency arena. He is chair of the firm’s Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice and draws on his significant experience with complex bankruptcy cases, creditor rights litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and other work in insolvency scenarios.
Abigail is a partner in Covington’s Los Angeles office with a wide-ranging restructuring and creditor rights litigation practice. She focuses on representing secured and unsecured creditors in insolvency cases and other proceedings nationwide and routinely represents parties in litigation related to insolvency and distressed debt in state and federal court, as well as purchasers and sellers of distressed assets and fiduciaries in bankruptcy cases and other insolvency matters.
