David Lefebvre advises leading media and entertainment groups, broadcast stations, sports leagues, established and emerging technology companies, and other content owners in connection with content licensing and distribution agreements and media rights agreements. His practice covers a wide variety of platforms (including Internet/OTT/streaming, broadcast, cable, satellite, and mobile) and business models (including linear, video-on-demand, direct-to-consumer, and subscription premium).
International Arbitration
Amanda Tuninetti counsels companies and states in complex international disputes.
