GIR Names Steve Fagell “Investigations Professional of the Year” Finalist

WASHINGTON—Global Investigations Review has named Steve Fagell as a finalist for “Investigations Professional of the Year,” an award recognizing a lawyer or other investigations professional who stands out for their stellar work in the last year, securing outstanding outcomes for their clients.

Steve is a partner in Covington’s Washington office and serves as co-chair of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations Practice Group. He is widely recognized as one of the nation's leading white collar practitioners and is a former senior official in the Criminal Division at the U.S. Department of Justice. Steve represents multinational companies and senior executives in criminal and civil investigations by the Justice Department, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other U.S. regulators.
