NEW YORK—Covington represented the underwriter in Roivant Sciences Ltd.'s $150 million public offering.

Roivant Sciences Ltd., and certain affiliates of Softbank and QVT, as selling shareholders, sold 30,000,000 of Roivant's common shares to Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. at a price per share of $4.75.

The Securities and Capital Markets team included Matt Gehl, Lilit Kazangyan, Nick Halliburton, Mark Edlund, Sebastian Marotta, and Brad Schupack. Other lawyers included David Engvall (legal opinion), Gregory Discher (intellectual property), Kurt Baca and Guy Dingley (tax), Marianne McKeon (FINRA and Blue Sky), Peter Safir (regulatory), and Simon Amies (UK and EEA Advice).
