Covington Advises Underwriters in $60 Million Public Offering by Marinus Pharmaceuticals

NEW YORK—Covington represented the underwriters in Marinus Pharmaceuticals, Inc.'s $60 million public offering.

Marinus Pharmaceuticals issued and sold 10,526,316 shares of its common stock and pre-funded warrants to purchase 2,105,264 shares of common stock in the public offering.

The Securities and Capital Markets team included Matthew Gehl, Julie Plyler, and Brad Schupack. Assistance was also provided by Peter Safir (regulatory), Melody Wu and Nicholas Rutigliano (intellectual property), and Marianne McKeon (FINRA and Blue Sky).
