NEW YORK— Covington advised NeuroSense Therapeutics Ltd., a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on discovering and developing treatments for patients suffering from debilitating neurodegenerative diseases such as ALS, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease, on its U.S. initial public offering and listing on Nasdaq under the symbol NRSN.
