Christopher Yeung Named One of New York Law Journal's "Rising Stars"

NEW YORK—New York Law Journal has named Covington commercial litigation partner Christopher Y. L. Yeung as a winner of its 2018 "Rising Stars" award.

Mr. Yeung represents clients in trials and other complex litigation. Within the past year, Mr. Yeung has helped secure the affirmance on appeal of a trade secrets trial victory with half a billion dollars at stake, dismissal of two sets of consolidated shareholder derivative actions concerning a $41 million loan write-down, and summary determination of all remaining claims against one of the world’s largest steel companies in an International Trade Commission investigation involving allegations of trade secret misappropriation, unfair imports of falsely designated goods, and price fixing.
