Lindsay shares her insight on the costs and benefits companies face from choosing to either maintain or scale back their DEI commitments.

“Companies face significant risks whether they choose to follow Trump’s policies or not,” Lindsay said. Either decision runs the risk of litigation as well as employee and customer dissatisfaction, she noted, all of which could dent profits and hurt shareholders.
