Honey Producer Wins Court Case Against Trading Standards

The Caterer included Brian Kelly and Seán Finan’s representation of Odysea in an article discussing a labeling dispute about the company’s honey. At issue was Odysea calling its honey "raw," which an environmental health officer at the London borough of Waltham Forest alleged breached Food Information to Consumers regulation.

The Covington team was successful in their representation of Odysea, with the judge ruling that Odysea's use of the word “raw” "accurately conveys the lack of processing, including but not limited to heating, undergone by Odysea's honey when compared with many others."
