High Court Mifepristone Battle Goes Beyond Abortion

"One of the big concerns that I and other members of the food and drug bar have, regardless of your position on mifepristone, is the consequence, in the long term, of a court being able to substitute its views for FDA's scientifically-driven conclusions," Denise said. “I do think that creates a really catastrophic effect on the business of the FDA, the pharmaceutical industry and the provision of healthcare services generally.”
