Top White House Lawyer Rejoins Covington, as Demand for DEI Advice Grows

The National Law Journal covered Stacey Grigsby’s return to Covington, in a story which included commentary from Stacey and Aaron Lewis.

Aaron noted that she “advised the Biden Administration on some of the most significant recent civil rights issues, including reproductive rights in the wake of the Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision and educational opportunity after the Students for Fair Admissions decision on affirmative action in higher education.”

Stacey said Covington’s “track record of bringing high-level government officials back into private practice and really helping them grow their practice” was a motivator for returning to the firm.
