International Firms Advise on $8.4B Saudi Green Hydrogen Megaproject

Law.com included Covington as having advised on the $8.4 billion NEOM green hydrogen megaproject in Saudi Arabia. Covington represented ACWA Power in the negotiation of engineering, procurement and construction, or EPC, matters, hydrogen offtake, and regulatory matters involving green hydrogen for the project, to be built near the NEOM industrial zone on the Saudi west coast, described as "a game-changer for global energy transition".
